Designed for Administrators and senior managers working through elections in their Nation’s governments, The Pre-Election Training for Administrators aims to help BC First Nations professionals through the transition of the election process. In this virtual training, participants will learn to: • Identify and address the main challenges faced by administrators during elections. • Provide solutions and strategies to effectively manage these challenges. • Develop a comprehensive orientation binder for incoming elected leaders to ensure a smooth transition. Photo and Video Consent: Video, audio, and collateral presentation materials may be captured and recorded for purposes consistent with The First Nations Public Secretariat's (FNPSS) mission, research, and service. Photos and video footage will be taken throughout the event and my image may be used in any current or future publications, or for other purposes consistent with the organizers' mission. *By registering you are giving your consent; you will have the option of keeping your video off during the event should you not want your image captured and used by the organizers.
